FAQs

Q : How much does it cost?

➠ There are no fees other than your personal expenses such as transportation, meals, entrance fees, and money for shopping. Guides are responsible for his/her own expenses.

Q : Is it possible to visit places not listed on the tour course?

➠ Sure, all tours are individual tours with no others joining your group and thus, the time and tour itinerary can be quite flexible. We can accommodate your preferred tour itinerary if you specify places you want to go and activities you want to do in the registration form.

Q. Is a tour available during the weekend?
➠ Yes, please indicate the date and time that you want to meet in the tour registration form.

Q. How long does it take for a tour?
➠ It varies depending on itineraries. We customize the tour itinerary and time to meet your needs.

Q: In what language a tour is provided?
➠ We have tour guides fluent in English, Japanese and Chinese.

Q. What if it rains?
➠ Unless a tour guide sends you an email notifying the cancellation of a tour, we will go on a tour as scheduled.

Q. How can I cancel the tour?
➠ Please be sure to send your tour guide an email.
